Payletter Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") respects the personal information of the client company (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), and complies with related laws such as the 'PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION ACT', 'ACT ON PROMOTION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK UTILIZATION AND INFORMATION PROTECTION, ETC.'. The Company shall collect and use personal information as follows to respond to consultation, application, and inquiries for the use of electronic payment agency services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

1. Purpose of collecting and using personal information

The Company collects and uses personal information items of Store for the following purposes.
- Consultation on signing service provision contract
- Identification and real name verification to check the terms of the service provision contract
- Confirmation for existing members

2. Items of personal information collected
- Company name (Store name), business registration number, corporate registration number (for corporations and non-profit corporations), CEO name, e-mail, telephone number, mobile phone number

3. Retention and use period of personal information

In principle, personal information shall be destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved or when requested by Store. However, the following information will be retained for the period specified for the reasons below.

1) Information retention by company internal policy
- Consultation content on service application, consultation and inquiries
- Reason for retention : Check consultation history and use as materials for explanation regarding dispute
- Retention period: 3 years after consultation

2) Reasons for information retention pursuant to related laws

If it is necessary to preserve information according to related laws such as the ELECTRONIC FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ACT, the ACT ON THE CONSUMER PROTECTION IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, ETC. , personal information shall be preserved for the period specified by the relevant laws. In this case, the Company shall only use the information for the purpose of preservation.

Store may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information by the Company. However, if consent is denied, the service request cannot be completed normally.
